Naked Yoga!?

Last night's Tantra Talk was uber fun!
About a dozen friends came out to play and we spontaneously decided the best way to keep the spirit of Burning Man alive is to start a Naked Yoga Class...So if you're not going to WBW, or Bhakti Fest, come join us tomorrow for this Safe, Fun and Free class at the Emerald Temple in PB:

Saturday, September 11, 2010 4-5:30PM

Naked yoga is simply the practice of stretching, balancing, meditation and breathing without clothes. It is gaining popularity in western societies and is popular in Europe and major cities in USA. Kamala learned from Isis Phoenix of Naked Yoga NYC, "an au natural yoga movement that has been paving the way for yogis to embrace another layer of freedom in their yoga practice. It is a yoga practice that holds an intention of a holy body free from shame, guilt and suffering." Kamala is developing a safe and fun series to help you reconnect with the natural state of your body and feel comfortable being naked in community. Ultimately, removing your clothes in public can be liberating, but it may feel uncomfortable at the first stages since nudity is often viewed with shame and fear. Kamala will guide you through a sacred disrobing ritual that cultivates confidence, acceptance, and healing. God created us naked. It’s OK to be nude. Let's celebrate our natural glory.
Class will be held at the Emerald Temple. No fee, Love Donations welcome.
