The Sacred Slut Show by Kamala Devi

      This provocative show is an embodied exploration of the world's oldest profession. After over a year of hands on research and interviews with world-renown sexperts, Kamala Devi weaves a tapestry of personal narrative, dance, prayer, and poetry. The show spans the spectrum from sacred to the profane, juxtaposing modern session-work with ancient myths and Sufi poetry. In this audience-interactive performance, Kamala Devi represents a variety of faces of the Eternal whore as she was, will be and is now. The show features stories from: Annie Sprinkle, Veronica Monet, Akasha Rose, Mare Simone and Tracey Elise.

OPENING ACT The Tantra Theater Troupe will open with 30 minutes of Improvisational Comedy. We use audience suggestions and stories to spoof and teach about sacred sex onstage! Improv. Players may include: Michael McClure, Rita Mooney, Akasha Rose, Heidi Nielsen, Rae NeWoman and Shawn Roop.
